Hiking and short day trips
Ensconced within lush forest vistas, Kullu Manali is the perfect environment for healing, wellness, and connecting with nature. There are stunning treks and village walks, farm-to-table cuisine, and arts and culture. Being here amongst the culture and people – and the spirituality that is deeply present within both – encourages you to explore your artistic side. You will rediscover forgotten stories and ways of living, experience authentic natural craft techniques and materials. By cosseting yourself in this timeless place, your creativity and imagination will spark – whether you want to learn a new art or hone your current one. The serene forest surroundings and ancient culture will allow you – your inner self (ātman) – to unfold in radically new ways.
We’ll start each day with a yoga class or a walk in the woods. Architecture enthusiasts will love the tour of the historic spaces and temples, and art lovers and writers will have the opportunity to enhance their creativity. From the Beas River to the snowy mountain ranges, to the hot natural springs, Manali serves as a mecca for nature enthusiasts and art lovers alike. Kullu and Manali have beautiful resorts and delicious farm-to-table dining experiences, and the area is jam-packed with interesting things to see and do.
